A motorcyclist received serious head injuries after he collided with a Land Rover.
The crash happened in Palehouse Common Road, Uckfield, at the junction with Brookhouse Lane, at 12.54pm on Tuesday.
The 62-year old motorcyclist, from Burwash, received serious injuries. He remains at Eastbourne District General Hospital.
The 62-year-old Framfield man who was driving the Land Rover was unhurt.
PC Matt Harman, from Sussex Road Policing Unit in Polegate, said: “We ask anyone who saw what happened to contact us on 0845 6070999, quoting serial 740 of May 10.”
