I TOTALLY agree with the view expressed by a letter writer in The Argus (May 3) that those who drink with the intention of getting drunk should be charged for any required hospital treatment.
We should also remove free healthcare from those who over eat, those who go out in the sun without sunscreen, children who have not been properly vaccinated, those who don’t eat their five a day, and dental costs for those children who eat too many sweets.
Where should we stop?
Perhaps at those who get run over without first looking right, left and then right again.
