This is the face of a man police want to talk to in connection with a sexual assault on a 23-year-old woman.
Sirazul Islam, 24, was due to answer bail in March following his arrest on suspicion of sexual assault but failed to do so.
Attempts to contact him have failed and police believe he is no longer residing at his home in Norman Road, St Leonards.
He has also left his job in a local restaurant.
The assault took place in Warrior Square Gardens, St Leonards on Tuesday, February 1.
A woman was walking her dog in Warrior Square Gardens at around 7.30pm when she was approached by a man.
They chatted briefly before the man touched her inappropriately, tried to kiss her and pull her into some nearby bushes before she managed to break free and run off.
Islam is described as Bangladeshi, 5'6", of medium build with short dark hair and brown eyes. He has limited English.
Anyone who knows of his whereabouts is asked to contact Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
