An estate agent has appointed a new partner.

Matthew Cox is the new associate partner at Clifford Dann LLP. Mr Cox joined joined the firm in Albion Street, Lewes, in December 2007 and has been a managing agent since 2003. He manages the Park Lane RMA Block Management Division of Clifford Dann. This includes more than 30 apartment blocks in the Seaford and Eastbourne areas as well as properties in the centre of Brighton.

The Argus: Chris Collard

A new stadium has appointed a hospitality boss.

Chris Collard is the new hospitality manager at The American Express Community Stadium.

He will take charge of the food and drink service for more than 3,000 people on matchdays at the 22,500-seat multi-million pound newhome of Brighton and Hove Albion. He will be a key manager for Elliott Moore, general manager of catering, ensuring that everything runs smoothly at the stadium for every event, including the directors’ box, 14 corporate boxes, nine lounges and the supporters’ restaurant. He joins the stadium from The Grand Hotel, Brighton, where he worked for almost seven years, working up from duty manager, through the events team, to become manager overseeing conferencing and banqueting.

A healthcare provider has appointed a new manager.

Lee-Ann Kite is the new business centre manager at Newcross Healthcare Solutions. The firm, based in Marlborough Place, Brighton, supplies nurses and carers to the healthcare industry. Ms Kite has more than 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry. She said: “I am delighted to have joined Newcross during this exciting time of development.

“We have made a very good start having secured new contracts to provide staff with a number of clients throughout Brighton and the Sussex area.”
