A man who allegedly threatened a woman with what she believed was a gun as she drove through a town in broad daylight will appear in court.
Scott Farrington has now been charged in relation to the incident on April 1.
A Sussex Police statement said: “A 21-year-old man has been charged with possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
“Farrington, of Meridian Road, Lewes, has been bailed to appear at Brighton Magistrates' Court on May 27.
“Farrington was arrested back in April following an incident with another car driver in Phoenix Causeway, Lewes.”
