Youngsters’ giant artwork blossomed thanks to a world famous painting.
West Blatchington Primary School in Hove used Vincent van Gogh’s Sunflowers as the foundation for its art week.
Using the message of friendship and light, children joined teachers and parents in activities including printing, film animations, digital photography, singing, drama and glass painting workshops.
Teacher Josette Harris said: “The whole school from nursery to Year 6 and the autistic facility have been involved.
“The children have had an amazing time experiencing such a huge variety of activities and many have said it’s been their best week ever.”
