A motorcyclist who died in a crash on Tuesday has been named by police.

Jason Hosker, 31, of St Phillips Avenue, Eastbourne, died after coming off his Yamaha motorcycle at about 5.30pm on Tuesday.

He was travelling east on the A27 Polegate bypass when the crash happened.

Mr Hosker was taken to Eastbourne District General Hospital where he died from his injuries.
