A wetland centre is hoping people will embrace the fresh air and pay them a visit over the winter.
Guided boat trips, photography, digiscoping workshops and stargazing evenings will be taking place throughout January at the Arundel Wetland Centre.
Visitors can take a stroll through the reed beds and along the waterways or become a member of the Wildfowl and Wetlands Trust (WWT).
The centre is also running the winter heat of WWT's 2011-2012 Photography Competition until the end of February.
To enter and be in with a chance of grabbing a prize worth £50,000, visit www.wwt.org.uk/photo.
