Tomorrow is the most miserable day of the year - or is it?
January 16 has been branded by some as Blue Monday – the day of the year when we feel most depressed.
This is because Christmas is over, we have failed to stick to our new year’s resolutions and it is still not pay day.
However there is some dispute over whether “official” Blue Monday, normally on the third Monday in January, should actually be January 23.
Now there is a battle to improve the mood of people in Brighton on both days.
One Brighton charity, Spark+Mettle, has recruited celebrity chefs Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and Delia Smith to help bake the blues away from this Monday. Recipes can be accessed for free from www.flour-ish.org.uk/.
