Police last night arrested the brother of former world boxing champion Chris Eubank.
Peter Eubanks, himself a former boxer, was handcuffed and led to a police van by four officers.
His young son shouted from the window of their flat in Hove, "let him go" and "give my daddy another chance" as he was driven away.
A warrant was issued for his arrest earlier yesterday after he failed to appear at Lewes Crown Court.
Eubanks had been convicted in March of harassing two men and putting them in fear of violence after a motoring incident in Hove.
Brighton magistrates jailed Eubanks, 44, for a month for the offence and for a further seven days for breaching his bail.
He appealed and was released on bail but failed to attend yesterday's appeal hearing and Judge Anthony Niblett ordered his arrest.
Inspector Jon Greetham, of Hove police, said: "We will try to get Mr Eubanks before the judge this week."
