LAW firm DMH Stallard is hosting a conference tomorrow (Wednesday) that will explore mental health at work.
It will focus on how employers should plan and implement a sustainable programme of change.
Partner Simon Bellm said: “At the start of 2018 DMH Stallard launched a new health and wellbeing programme designed to promote physical and mental health.
“The firm signed the Time to Change Employer Pledge.
“This is an important step that follows the introduction of regular resilience and wellbeing training, healthy detoxification and energising lunchtime sessions at all six offices and eight staff becoming Mental Health First Aiders.”
Chaired by Mr Bellm, the conference panel will include some of the UK’s leading thinkers on mental health in the workplace, including Dr Michael Isaac and Sarah Restall.
The company has offices in Jubilee Street, Brighton.
