Describe your job in plain English?
Assisting clients through all stages of divorce, dissolution of civil partnership, financial relief, children disputes and pre/ postnuptial agreements.
How would your colleagues describe you?
Efficient, organised and composed.
Your idea of a good time – highbrow or lowbrow?
Both – I’m adaptable depending on the setting.
What is the best thing about working at Family Law Partners?
The people – we are a real team.
And the worst?
It’s all positive!
Best advice you’ve been given?
Treat people well and they will remember you.
Worst advice you’ve been given?
I can’t recall an example – I must have known it wasn’t right at the time to remember it.
Who’s your business guru?
No one specific as everyone has different aspirations and ways of getting to where they want to be.
Business lunches – ‘just water for me, thanks’ or ‘can I see the wine list’?
Just the one glass of wine followed by water, of course.

Do you have a guilty pleasure?
A glass of rose at Pub du Vin on a Friday evening after a long week at work.
What was the last book you read?
Michael McIntyre – Life and Laughter.

Running Trax – to keep me going whilst at the gym.

Taken starring Liam Neeson.
Cohabitating (we also help clients draw up cohabitation agreements).
Most detestable piece of business speak?
“At the end of the day”. Does this really add to what people are trying to say? Probably not!

Mediate don’t litigate!
