Teenager assaulted while playing football outside his home
A 14-year-old was assaulted while playing football outside of his house.
The teenager was attacked on a green area outside his home in Coney Close, Crawley, on Valentine’s Day.
He sustained minor injuries in the attack which took place at about 5pm.
A 41-year-old man from Langley Green, Crawley, was arrested on suspicion of assault. He was questioned and bailed until 14 March.
