A MAN arrested over the death of a reality TV star has been freed by police.
The 28-year-old from Brighton no longer has to answer bail by Sussex Police in the case of the death of Geordie Shore model Aimee Spencer.
He was first arrested on suspicion of attempted murder following her fall from a balcony in the city near the seafront in July.
Aimee, 27, was found critically injured at 9am on Monday, July 11 and died a week later at the Royal Sussex County Hospital.
It was originally reported that the reality star and former porn actress may have been pushed from the balcony in Chichester Terrace, in Kemp Town, where she was partying when she fell in July.
A man and a woman arrested at the same time over suspected drugs offences have been rebailed.
