A MAN kicked moving cars in a drunken rage.
Dennon McQuade, 20, of no fixed address, got drunk on vodka and started to kick moving cars in Grand Parade, Brighton, before booting the wing mirror of a taxi in Richmond Parade.
He pleaded guilty at Brighton Magistrates’ Court yesterday to two charges of criminal damage.
The offences happened on August 10 at about 3.30am.
He was arrested by an officer attending an incident nearby.
In mitigation Richard Frank, defending, said: “McQuade said he got drunk and drank vodka. He doesn’t normally drink and it was out of character.”
Chairman of magistrates Geoff Grevatt-Chandler gave McQuade a conditional discharge for 12 months. He was also told to pay £105 in costs.
