John Barney, 64, of Caravan Park, Marsh Lane, Easthampnett, pleaded guilty to fraud by charging for a service knowing the amount was in excess of the costs. Fined £290, £200 costs and £29 victim surcharge.

Daniel Frederick Clay, 34, of Hares Lane, Funtington, pleaded guilty to drink driving.Fined £550, £85 costs, £55 victim surcharge and disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Michael John Speck, 51, of Oving Road, Chichester, found guilty of delivering to someone a counterfeit £20. Also pleaded guilty to possession of cannabis. Community order given for 100 hours unpaid work, £60 victim surcharge and £150 costs.

David Michael Wykes, 26, of St Josephs Night Refuge, Chichester, pleaded guilty to stealing £3,000 cash from a man. Sentenced to six weeks in prison.

Dr Alexander Vaughan, 32, Sandy Lane, Epsom, pleaded guilty to drink driving in West Stoke Road, Chichester. Fined £230, £23 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Andrew Mitchell, 43, of Lime Avenue, Westergate, Chichester, was convicted in his absence of keeping an untaxed Mercedes on the road. Fined £200, and ordered to pay £70 in vehicle excise back duty and £90 costs.

Claire Fiona Wootton, 34, of Hunters Race, West Lavant, Chichester, admitted drink-driving in Salthill Road, Chichester. She was fined £30 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and £85 costs. She was also banned from driving for 13 months.

Neville Louise McNair, 48, of East Street, Selsey, admitted attempting to steal a sat nav and also admitted breaching an 18 month conditional discharge imposed for theft. He will be sentenced at a future date.
