Harry Junior Imbimbo, 23, of Upton Gardens, Worthing, pleaded guilty to using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour, with intent and assault Offence committed while on a conditional discharge for possessing mephedrone. Given a 12-month supervision requirement, ordered to pay £50 compensation.

Colin Cameron, 26, from Vancouver Road, Worthing. Found guilty of drink driving on June 15 2014, in Arundel Road West, Peacehaven, while nearly twice the legal limit. He was fined £300, ordered to pay £200 in costs and victim surcharge of £30. He also received 10 points on his licence.

David Lee Crosby, 28, of Ontario Gardens, Durrington, Worthing, was convicted of taking a Blue Kawasaki motorcycle for use of himself or another, without the owner’s permission and driving without insurance. Fined £275 plus £20 victim surcharge and £650 costs. Banned from driving for 18 months. Licence endorsed with six points.

Graham Clifford James, 24, of Rochester Close, Durrington, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police officer. Given a 12-month conditional discharge. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £15 and £85 costs.

Peter Michael Cort, 48, of Carnegie Road, Worthing, pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress. Given a two-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay £15 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Barry Walter Jones, 56, of Devenport Road, Worthing, was convicted of failing to notify Worthing Borough Council of a change in circumstances affecting his entitlement to housing benefit and council tax benefit, namely that he was receiving a Civil Service Pension. Given a two-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay costs of £1,017.45 and a £15 victim surcharge.
