A TEAM of aspiring trampolining stars have won a place in the National Finals.
The under 13 Elite Trampolining team at the Uckfield Community Technology College (UCTC) won their place in the finals after entering the South East Regional Schools Trampolining competition.
Elizabeth Ralph (12), Gaby Holden (12), Maisie Ward-Ruddock (11) and Amber Young (11) entered the first competition held at Funabounds, Uckfield on Sunday December 2 2012, where they got away victorious.
The top two teams went through to the next stage held at Bristol on Sunday, January 13 2013, where the girls achieved second place.
At the Southern Zonal competition in Bristol the two best teams were selected for the National Schools Trampolining finals to be held on Saturday, March 9.
The girls’ team are coached by Fun Abounds club coaches Gail Andrews, Mike Jackson and Chris Jenner.
