AFTER a number of facelifts, Brighton Aldridge Community Academy (Baca) seems to have landed on its feet – and now the only way is up.

Headteacher Dylan Davies said: “This is an amazing recognition for our school and I’m so proud to be a part of it.

“I work with a great team of teachers, brilliant students, great community – this is really, really good and I’m so glad we’ve been recognised with this award.”

Mr Davies assured parents and pupils BACA would not be resting on its laurels as it strives for bigger and better.

He said: “This is just the start. We are going to be outstanding and we are going to be a global leader in education very soon.”
