A MURDER investigation has been launched after a man fell from a building.
A 93-year-old man was declared dead outside of Marine Court on Marina, in St Leonards at around 9am on Monday.
Police are treating the man's death as suspicious at this stage.
A 54-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of murder.
A Sussex Police spokeswoman said the force did not believe any other parties were involved.
Officers remain on scene and enquiries are continuing.
