THREE men have been arrested after police carried a raid on a property.
Officers seized £700 in cash, suspected class A drugs and two imitation firearms at the home in Wordsworth Road, Worthing, at around 11.30am.
Firefighters from Worthing Fire Station attended the address to assist with the operation and provided a ladder to access the building.
A 21-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested on suspicion of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply, possessing a firearm without a certificate and possessing criminal property.
A 22-year-old man of no fixed address was arrested on suspicion of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply and possession of a firearm less than 30cm / 60cm in length.
A 47-year-old local man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply.
All three men currently remain in police custody.
