A real-life witch is offering people the chance to spend Halloween at her home.
Lucya Starza has been interested in the ways of the Wiccan since an early age – so much so her friends joked that she belonged to the Addams Family.
Now, the 52-year-old, who has been practising witchcraft for 25 years, is giving strangers the chance to spend Halloween with her at her home in Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne.
Gutsy travellers, who will pay £78 a night for the supernatural stay, have been told to dress for the occasion and to bring their own broom to ensure the pagan holiday is celebrated in the correct way.
Ms Starza said: “I’m a bit nervous, but I am sure it will be fun. I hope they have a good time and take away some good memories.
“I think I’ve been a bit of a witch all my life, to be honest. My grandma was an astrologer and my mum and dad used to go on ghost hunts and were fascinated by the unexplained.
“When I was a kid, my friends at school said my family were like the Addams Family.
“I joined a coven of witches in the 1990s.”
The bedroom is being rented out through social accommodation site wimdu.co.uk.
As well as providing guests with the comfort of her beachside property in Martinique Way, Lucya will give guests a brief history of Wicca and provide personalised Tarot card readings.
For those who think they are up to the challenge, Lucya will help visitors create their own spells and they may even have the chance to mix up a potion or two.
They will stay in a bedroom with hanging cobwebs, carved pumpkins and pagan icons.

Plenty of pagan stuff going on there, wonder what it has to do with this Christian festival?

Witches used to be condemned, now they are feted, and Wicca is seen as some viable alternative belief system.
