The voting is open for one of our favourite competitions of the year.

Last month we asked Argus readers to send in pictures of your precious pets for our best pet competition - and what a response we have had.

They are beloved family members who don’t ask for anything except for our love and attention so this is the perfect opportunity to showcase our cats, dogs and everything in between.

The owner of the pet with the most reader votes will be sent a £100 prize of an e-voucher for either Argos or Curry’s.
