Village remembers Great War
Patcham Library is hosting the Local History Group’s latest exhibition Patcham and the Great War, from August to the New Year.
It has been possible to compile a Roll of Honour commemorating all the men of the village who served in WW1.
This project was made possible by the generosity of the Patcham British Legion, which had an old Roll of Honour.
The history group welcomes pictures or stories relating to Patcham and the Great War. Meetings are at the library on the first Saturday in the month, from 10.30-12.30. Alternatively, email gina.hole@virgin.net.
