Club Revenge’s chav night has come under fire from silly small-minded people with nothing else to think about (The Argus, January 27).
This is all so ridiculous not being able to have a themed fancy dress night – because that’s all it is.
There are so many things we aren’t allowed to do or say any more.
A well known actress wasn’t allowed to wear a Red Indian head dress to a festival because it wasn’t politically correct.
It’s a theme for goodness sake. No one means any harm.
We used to have loud shirt fancy dress nights but I suppose if they did that now it would cause an uproar with Noel Edmonds fans.
It’s just a bit of fun and no personal attack is meant to any individual.
