I don’t always agree with Adam Trimingham’s stance on matters in Brighton but he is spot on with his piece on the Madeira Terraces. Commercial involvement (incentives?) seem the only way forward to repair and preserve this wonderful asset for future generations.
I enjoyed watching the Mods and Rockers fighting from there as I was too young to participate.
I am 63 years old and now in Lewes. After 37 years some people even speak to me.
