Transport Secretary Chris Grayling
OUR so-called Transport Secretary Chris Grayling’s plans for the England railway network overhaul is a shambles.
Furthermore, he wants each rail franchise to be run by joint management teams.
He proposes this will include representatives from both the train operating company and Network Rail.
The Transport Secretary said the changes will start when each franchise is renewed in the future.
Adur and Worthing Public Transport Forum is calling on changes to the franchises now not the future.
