Former Worthing Raiders lock Joe Launchbury is set to make his first start for England.
The 21-year-old Christ's Hospital old boy has been named in the XV to kick off against South Africa on Saturday.
Launchbury earned his first caps as a replacement in the recent games against Fiji and Australia.
He comes into the side as one of six changes.
Former Raiders prop Joe Marler misses out because of a knee injury.
England coach Stuart Lancaster said: "The players we have brought into start have been training well, will bring a real motivation to make the most of their opportunity and will suit the challenge we face against a tough and physical South African team."
