David scores at Middlesbrough last season
Out-of-contract playmaker David has dropped a hint he could be back with Albion next term.
The former Athletic Bilbao man told Seagulls goalkeeper Casper Ankergren during an informal exchange on Twitter that he hopes to return.
David is weighing up a new deal at The Amex but has interest from other clubs.
Asked by Ankergren if Albion's players would be seeing him soon, David replied: "I hope yes,but not only depends me.....you know."
