Albion have handed new loan signing Craig Conway his first start for the club.
The Cardiff City winger replaces Kazenga LuaLua in the side to face QPR at Loftus Road.
They also make the predicted change in attack as Ashley Barmes starts in place of the suspended Leo Ulloa.
Bruno is among the subs after recovering from a hamstring injury sustained on the opening day of the season at Leeds.
Charlie Austin leads the attack for a QPR side who will go top of the Championship should they avoid defeat tonight.
He will have support out wide from Matt Phillips, on his full debut for Rangers, and Sean Wright-Phillips, both of whom came off the bench to good effect in the hard-fought 1-0 home win over Birmingham on Saturday.
Former Seagulls favourite Bobby Zamora, who was taken off at half-time in that game, is not involved.
QPR: Green; Simpson, Onuoha, Dunne, Hill; Barton, Henry, O’Neil; Phillips, Wright-Phillips, Austin. Subs: Murphy; Traore, Carroll, Jenas, Hitchcock, Faurlin, Assou-Ekotto.
Albion: Kuszczak; Calderon, Greer, Upson, Ward; Andrews, Crofts, Forster-Caskey; David Lopez, Conway, Barnes. Subs: Brezovan, Bruno, El-Abd, Ince, March, LuaLua, Buckley.
Ref: Andy Madley (Wakefield).
