Ince starts for Albion

The Argus: Rohan Ince has been recalled Rohan Ince has been recalled

Rohan Ince has been restored to the Albion starting line-up as they take on the leaders.

The powerful young midfielder comes into midfield against Leicester as the only change to the side which kicked off the shock midweek defeat by Barnsley.

Jake Forster-Caskey makes way for Ince, who was so impressive at Bournemouth last Saturday.

There is a double surprise on the bench, where Will Buckley does not feature but Kazenga LuaLua - who scored in this fixture last seaspn - returns to the 18 earlier than expected after a knee injury.

Albion: Kuszczak; Bruno, Greer, Upson, Ward; Bridcutt, Ince, Crofts; Conway, David Lopez, Barnes. Subs: Brezovan, El-Abd, Calderon, Lita, Agustien, Andrews, LuaLua.

Lita not starting again! No wonder the poor bloke keeps asking me if there are any vacancies. He must be so frustrated. An excellent player who at least deserves a chance before his loan is up.

He was brought in as cover for Barnes and not as a replacement, Barnes is fit so Lita stays on the bench.
I thought the first comment on here would be about the inclusion of David.

Look Mr Vegas, I have been a manager longer than you've been eating Hershey bars (which, by the way, taste awful) In my squad Lita would be my first choice over Barnes any day. Lopez must have something terrible on OG to keep being picked on his current form and Buckley, despite the Argus insiders telling us otherwise, is not even in the squad. At least The Croydon Advertiser improves the flavour of your fish and chips.

Hershey bars, agreed, crap.
Buckley absence, agreed, mystery.
Lopez, agreed, odd selection.
The Croyden Advertiser improves fish and chips, nah I can't agree, better suited for use in the outhouse.

If we get a result today, I trust that you will be among the first to applaud Oscar's tactics and team selection.

Yes Mr Vegas, yes I will. But please don't tell or I will get hate mail from the neanderthals that live around here (and there's me thinking the potteries was rough). Must go, I have to try and keep our exciting run going.

He is a different player from Barnes and so should start...even instead of Barnes. Lita will score many goals but not sat on the bench.
We need 4-4-2 not 4-5-1. Our midfield is not good enough for the latter at the moment.

I think the manner of our win today vindicates Oscar's team selection of Tuesday, he sent out the players he thought would get the job done but the players let him down.
Today they worked for each other and got their just rewards. Like many I was surprised at David's inclusion but again, Oscar got it right. Good game and a great result.
