Fantastic news, is it me or is CMS looking trimmer than normal. If this was Wayne Rooney out for ten months he would be the size of a whale. Fingers crossed should be ready to play by February .

Good to see him back in training, I am hoping we see him given the sort of service he thrived on at Posh. I think Poyet improved him as a player, by asking him to play a different way, but if he just gets a few more to run onto, as I think he will now, he will be banging them in left, right and centre.

"Great to be back joining in some of training today with the lads. Not long now until I'm back scoring a goal in front of a packed Amex"

Can't wait. We need some cheer after the dreadful injuries and chaotic start to the season. What are the odds on Will, Kaz, CMS and Ulloa all being fit and playing in the same match at the same time? Mouthwatering prospect and a good enough line-up for the EPL.

I stated on another thread, in reply to a Bournemouth fan, that I was sure that only Brighton were in for Grabban and that I thought that the cause of the delay was that Bournemouth were trying to match our best offer. I also said that if it turned out that 3 or 4 other clubs were in for him I would eat all the humble pie that could be thrown at me.

I just read in the Echo that another 3 or 4 clubs are reported to be interested in Grabban, QPR and Leicester being just two of them.

Let the throwing commence.

If Grabban doesn't come, and it looks like that may well be the case, it's not the end of the world. About 75% of the Bournemouth fans on their equivalent website are saying he's overpriced at £1.1m. Also he's not an out and out striker (which is what we really need). It sounds like his agent is a complete mercenary......

His agent is Tony Finnigan who made more than 100 appearances for palace’s midfield in the 1980s according the Argus today. Feel free to give this post the thumbs down.

Good to see and hear that CMS is making progress and should be back in 4 to 5 weeks - fingers crossed !
We certainly need CMS back but only when fully fit.
Doesn't look as if Grabban will be joining. There are reports that Reading have now had an offer accepted by Bournemouth for him and that he will be talking to them. In addition one poster on this website has even suggested that he's going to QPR ! Time for us to move on to another target. We only want to sign players who want to play for the Albion.
Key game tomorrow. Not sure with all the injuries and departures exactly who will be starting for us. UTA.

CMS could be the answer to the second half of our season.
If not, maybe Leeds' Ross M is - cost around £5M, but what price Premier League status?

Can't wait for CMS to return. He will get the Amex bouncing just by warming up I reckon!

Oscar's style of play should suit him down to the ground. Pressing high up the pitch and more earlier through balls coming his way. He really could be like a new signing.

Just praying for no setbacks!
