Albion have handed Andrea Orlandi his first start since the opening day of the season as they look to end a difficult week in style.
The midfielder, who underwent knee surgery early in the campaign, replaces Kazenga LuaLua (hamstring) at Derby County today.
The other change to the XI sees Jake Forster-Caskey replace Andrew Crofts, who suffered a season-ending knee injury last week.
Recent signing Jon Obika is again among the subs.
Albion: Kuszczak; Bruno, Greer, Upson, Ward; Ince, Andrews, Forster-Caskey; David Lopez, Orlandi, Ulloa. Subs: Brezovan; Dunk, Calderon, Chicksen, Agustien, March, Obika
