Double injury worry for Hull ahead of Cup replay

The Argus: Tom Huddlestone in action during the first game Tom Huddlestone in action during the first game

Hull have doubts over Tom Huddlestone and Alex Bruce for tonight's replay.

But Tigers boss Steve Bruce expects his side to win through to a quarter-final at home to his old club Sunderland.

Hull are buzzing after a 4-0 win at Cardiff City on Saturday in which new strikers Nikica Jelavic and Shane Long were outstanding.

Both are cup-tied tonight and Alex Bruce and Huddlestone both went off in South Wales with knocks.

Boss Bruce is likely to revert to a 4-4-2 formation with Sone Aluko and Yannick Sagbo paired in attack.

He said: “It will be a case of those who are fit are in.

“Jelavic and Long can't play so the likes of Yannick Sagbo, Sone Aluko and Robert Koren come in. They're all part of the squad and I expect to get through.''

Former Albion loanee Steve Harper could start in goal.
