Crawley boss John Gregory has opted to rest top scorer Matt Tubbs for the game at Shrewsbury Town tonight.

Tubbs has scored six goals in seven games since joining on loan from Bournemouth but is dropped to the bench at Greenhous Meadow.

Rory Fallon comes in for his full debut up front in place of Tubbs alongside Billy Clarke who returns to the attack after playing on the left wing at Gillingham on Saturday.

The inclusion of Fallon is one of four changes to the side which went down 1-0 at Priestfield Stadium as Reds bid to heap more misery on Shrewsbury who have not won at home in their last eight outings.

Skipper Josh Simpson returns in midfield after being at the birth of his second son on Saturday while Gary Dicker comes in for the injured Andy Drury.

Mark Connolly also receives a recall in place of Paul Connolly at right-back as Reds attempt to keep their first clean sheet away from home since August.

Shrewsbury make just one change to the side which went down 3-2 against Bristol City at home on Saturday, Joseph Mills coming in at left-back for Joe Jacobson.

Shrewsbury (4-4-2): Anyon; Woods, Mkandawire, Goldson, Mills; Parry, McAllister, Hall, Taylor; Foley, Storey. Subs: Weale, Grandison, Jacobson, Winfield, Mendez-Laing, Atajic, Smith.

Crawley (4-4-2): P Jones; M Connolly, McFadzean, Walsh, Sadler; Simpson, Dicker, Bulman, M Jones; Clarke, Fallon. Subs: Maddison, P Connolly, Torres, Boateng, Kaikai, Proctor, Tubbs.
