Albion were clinical against QPR last night – as these highlights show.

The Seagulls won 2-0 after withstanding plenty of QPR pressure.

The clips were uploaded by QPR but use video with commentary by Tim Humphrey and Bob Booker for the Seagulls Player service at seagulls.co.uk.

They show several QPR near things and both goals, by Leo Ulloa and Stephen Ward.

Ulloa also had a decent chance in the first half.

This game was the polar opposite of most of recent home games - Its normally Albion creating chance after chance but not scoring and then the opposition being clinical with a single effort.

They knocked on our door all night but TK and the defence held firm. At last we were clinical in front of goal and took the points - great job boys!

That video doesn't show TK making anything other than fairly routine saves. Did they cut some out?

Outstanding match! looked at the clock and it said 31 minutes and just thought it seemed like 10!
Don't think anyone had a bad game - and I am not a big fan of Andrews or JFC but they played their part - few crap passes from the former but a few sublime ones from the latter. Hope Garcia notices that this was accomplished without Lopez and hope he carries on with much the same format. I f we are going to play a DS player I would go for Solly as he shows real promise - but from the very start last nigh twe looked like a different team - really committed. Have a ticket for the Bolton game and was beginning to think better of it but if we apply ourselves like that until the end of the season then there is every chance of a top 6 finish --- really enjoyed the game - Leo is surely going to be a legend if he carries on like he is - just love the bloke -----

No, most were restricted to soft shots from outside the box. Lots of poor efforts without being clinical.

Was please with the points and please with the battling. I like watching the individual battles and if you really watch Ulloa he gives the defenders a lot to think about. His touch let him down a bit but when all eyes are on you then its noticed more. He was excellent as always when he is clearing corners and that is something he did a lot yesterday. Dunk for me was MOM and on a par with kuz but Ulloa was up there.

Most of the saves he had to make were fairly routine,
A couple were very good.
He did everything asked of him and he commanded his area well.

He is always going to save shots fired in from 20+yards.

The commentators usually overstate the quality of saves.

I would give it to Ward
Excellent in defence and scored the 2nd

They sure do :-) The amount of times I've heard a commentator claim a save is brilliant, only for the replay to show it was straight at him! But then they also go the other way and blame keepers for almost anything, and they still hold the myth that a keeper should never be beaten at their near post. Commentators are a strange breed, but they're still better than the co-commentators (cough, Townsend, cough).

very steady hands with the long rangers (easy to spill those and some swerved) and the exceptional save was the finger tip from the cross shot that just missed his left hand post near the end (this was just after Ulloa's goal)
