First published in Sport

Albion will open the Sami Hyypia era with two matches at the Amex in the space of three days.

It follows confirmation from the club that the Capital One Cup tie against Cheltenham Town will be played on Tuesday August 12 (7.45).

The Seagulls launch their Championship campaign under new boss Hyypia at home to Sheffield Wednesday on August 9.

Admission prices for the Cheltenham clash have been cut to £12 adults, £8 over 65's and £1 for under 18's accompanied by a grown-up.

Travel arrangements are excluded from the ticket prices.

Tickets and parking will not go on sale until July 10, as Albion are currently installing a new online ticketing system.

Sorry pressed the wrong vote. Please add -2 to above score.
Besides Roy Hodgson is doing a good job with limited resources.
Blame the Premier League and Sky if you must blame anyone. UTA

No hes not doing a good job,Imbecile

Sat on the bench all game, except for a silly dance when england scored.

Decent managers are in the technical area directing operations, we should have shut up shop and got the point.

Good luck to Brighton and Hove Albion Futsal team on Sunday, playing in National finals at Birmingham Arena. Unbelievable skill and technique by good young players. Did you people know we have two lads that are in the National squad? The Seagulls have three male teams and a female side, two men's teams finished first in their Divs and the other finished 3rd! Well done everybody involved!!!
Just thought I would mention it!!

I just wish that 'Brighton's only true supporter' wouldn't make my eyes bleed with such an atrocious misuse of the English language..

England have always been first (no matter how much they underachieve), with Brighton coming a close second.

I would always take England to win the World Cup over Brighton getting promoted. Since the likelihood of the former ever happening is almost totally zip, I will look forward to BHA gracing the PL next season.

How many non English players do Albion have.

No team waits for the english youth to break through.
