Crawley Town have signed Rotherham midfielder Mitch Rose on a three-month loan.
The 20-year-old, who is the younger brother of Tottenham’s Danny Rose, joined the Millers in 2010 after coming through their Centre of Excellence.
He made his Football League debut under ex-Reds boss Steve Evans in 2012 and has so far made six appearances for the Millers.
Last season Rose spent a period on loan with Northern Premier League club Stamford before signing a new contract with Rotherham at the end of the campaign.
Manager John Gregory said: “We felt we needed a bit more cover in midfield and Mitch is a player who has been on our radar for a while now.
“Steve has agreed to let him come down to us and I think he can play a part for us in League One during the next three months.”
Mitch is likely to get his first run-out in a Crawley Town shirt on Saturday when Crawley host a Chelsea XI.
