Solly March is on course to feature in Albion's Capital One Cup tie against Cheltenham at the Amex tomorrow night.

The England under 21 playmaker missed Saturday's opening Championship defeat at home to Sheffield Wednesday with a back injury.

Manager Sami Hyypia said this morning: "He should train today, so hopefully he will be able to play a part in the game tomorrow."

Andrew Crofts is banned after his red card against Wednesday but Hyypia has no fresh injury worries.

Long-term absentee Dale Stephens remains sidelined by ankle ligament damage.

A fringe player last season, but now the centre of attention. Speaks for the thread-bare nature of the squad. Buckley and CMS should both start - unless we are not interested in the competition.

And news has it that Jack Robinson will come on a season long loan from Liverpool... (Can one assume that Sami and Brendan Rogers have been talking...?) Whatever, that would seem to sort out the left back spot - he was at Blackpool last season and comes with the obligatory injury but then again that's par for the course. Hopefully Chicksen can see a future at the club and go out on loan for a while. I was secretly hoping for a bit more experience but who am I to wonder why.

Fingers crossed it all turns out for the best. UTA...!!!
