The third round draw, conducted in Beijing overnight, takes the Seagulls to the Vitality Stadium again immediately following their Premier League trip on Friday September 15 (8pm).
The Carabao tie, between two very different line-ups, is expected to take place on Tuesday September 19 (7.45pm).
