Albion keeper Christian Walton has not ruled out a loan return to Wigan next season after helping them to promotion.
They clinched a return to the Championship with a 4-0 win at Fleetwood, Walton's 20th clean sheet of the campaign.
Albion No.2 Tim Krul and No.3 Niki Maenpaa are out of contract in the summer.
Walton, speaking to the Wigan Post, said: "Obviously I've got to see what happens on the summer back down at Brighton.
"But it's something that would definitely be high on my list, to get back up here to Wigan.
"It will obviously depend a bit on whether Brighton manage to stay in the Premier League. But on a personal note, I want to keep on playing games, week in week out.
"That's what I’m doing here, and I've been very happy here from day one."
Wigan go to Bristol Rovers tomorrow night requiring a maximum of seven points from their last three matches to be crowned League One champions.
