Mathew Ryan took time out from Albion's Premier League survival fight to visit one of his former clubs.
The Australian keeper was a special guest for Brugge's 4-4 draw with Standard Liege yesterday at the Jan Breydel Stadium.
He received a warm ovation from fans on the pitch before kick-off.
Brugge were Ryan's first club abroad. He spent two years with them after leaving Australia.
Ryan will maintain his ever-present Premier League record for Albion at Burnley on Saturday.
Just like old times, thank you for the reception Bruges 🔵⚫️ #wearebruges https://t.co/FZrdMNkA8A
