Jose Izquierdo's Colombia are still in the World Cup and could still play England in the last 16.
The Albion winger was demoted back to the bench for tonight's impressive 3-0 win over Poland in Kazan after starting the opening group defeat by Japan.
Young Barcelona central defender Yerra Mina (below) scored with a header for the South Americans late in the first half. Monaco marksman Radamel Falcao slotted a stylish second (70) with the outside of his right-foot and Juan Cadrado side-footed No.3 five minutes later.
Colombia are on three points, Senegal and Japan both four after their earlier 2-2 draw, while pointless Poland have been eliminated.
England, if they top their group, will face the runners-up of Colombia's section or the winners if Gareth Southgate's side finish second behind Belgium.
