Leo Skiri Ostigard has described his move to Albion as a dream come true.
The Norway under-19 defender has signed a three-year deal and will initially work with the Seagulls' under-23s.
He has already made his debut for Molde’s senior side back home.
Ostigard, who has signed for undisclosed terms, said: “It’s a dream come true for me. Most players in Norway dream of moving to a Premier League club. I am very grateful to be here.
“It’s always a new experience when you go to a different country.
“There is a big passion for football in England and I am looking forward to playing here.
“It’s the perfect next step for me in my career. I now want to play in the Premier League.
“I am very excited to show the manager my qualities, but I have to prove myself and work very hard to get up to the first team. Hopefully I can do that and show that I’m good enough.”
