Striker Alex Revell this afternoon completed his £150,000 move to League One Southend.
Revell, 24, has a signed a two-and-half year contract.
Revell has scored seven goals for Albion this season, including a hat-trick against Bournemouth in January.
The 24-year-old was signed by Seagulls from Braintree in July 2006.
Revell will join up with his new team-mates for the first time at training tomorrow.
