Adam Hinshelwood is working overtime to keep two notable signings up to speed.
The Worthing manager is putting on extra sessions for Ricky Aguiar and Danny Cashman.
Aguiar is on a season-long loan from Swindon Town, where he is under contract until the end of next season.
Cashman recently arrived as a free agent after parting company with Coventry City.
Worthing do not train every day which means an adjustment for those arriving from the EFL.
Hinshelwood said: “I am trying keep Ricky full-time and obviously we are a part-time club.
“I come in and do some more sessions with him on a Monday and a Friday.
“We will probably do the same with Danny Cashman as well.
“We will try and keep them full-time. These lads are hungry to work their way back into the game.
“I’m going to give up my time and help them as much as I can.”
Jake Robinson could feature as Rebels host Hemel Hempstead tomorrow.
The former Albion forward was out for more than a year with a knee injury sustained during his debut on the opening day of last season.
He had a little more than half an hour as sub in the 4-0 defeat at Braintree last Saturday but was rested for the midweek win over Welling.
Hinshelwood said: “Saturday, Tuesday after so long out was a bit much but we will try and introduce him to the squad again this Saturday.”
