Chris Wright’s move to Sussex is off.
The experienced Leicestershire fast bowler has had second thoughts on heading to Hove from next season.
He has pulled out of the move for family reasons.
Head coach Paul Farbrace revealed the development during a live stream via BBC Radio Sussex and Sussex CCC’s YouTube platform today.
Farbrace said: “We are back in the market to find ourselves another experienced bowler.”
The county are looking to bring in an experienced captain for next season as well as strengthening batting and bowling.
