Elphick completes switch to Borough

Eastbourne Borough have completed the signing of Gary Elphick.

The former Albion defender has been widely expected to join the Blue Square premier club after shaking hands on a deal.

Elphick, 23, was Havant and Waterlooville's supporters' player-of-the-year and made 51 starts and one substitute appearance for the Hawks last season.

Gary is the brother of Albion defender Tommy.
