GARY Dicker wants to score again against Swindon on Saturday to stop the teasing from Albion captain Andrew Crofts.

The Irishman headed his first goal of the season in Friday night’s 2-1 home defeat by Colchester.

Dicker’s only other goal for the Seagulls was a late consolation when Swindon ran out 3-2 winners at Withdean in April.

His midfield partner Crofts has raced ahead with three since Gus Poyet took charge and four for the campaign in total.

Dicker revealed: “He has been on my case, asking me when I am going to score and stuff like that, the same as the gaffer.

“I am delighted to get off the mark. It’s always a burden on you, not to have scored for so long. Hopefully I can start scoring more.

“That is what the gaffer wants, for me to get forward more and try to get into the box.”

Nicky Forster’s stepson, Jake Caskey, spearheads the Albion youngsters’ bid to set up a home tie against Everton at Northampton tonight in the third round of the FA Youth Cup (7pm).
