Gus Poyet admitted it was the same old story as his side lost again at Withdean today.

The Albion boss is still looking for his first home league win after Millwall grabbed a 1-0 success thanks to Steve Morison's 49th-minute strike.

Disappointed Poyet said: "It's difficult to analyse because there was nothing in the game.

"Unfortunately we made a mistake and conceded a goal and afterwards it was another day chasing a game, always in a hurry, not playing our game.

"It happens every time and it's not enough.

"It's easy react when you are losing.

"The problem is the start of the game and conceding too easily and not being in control of the game."

Adam Virgo lost the ball to Morison before the Millwall striker finished in style.

Poyet admitted: "I always say to the players it's about doing the basics, doing your job, understanding what the manager wants.

"Sometimes you make a mistake and get lucky and it doesn't finish in a goal.

"Sometimes you get what happens today."
